Welcome to the forum. Get on KBB.com .. there you can check for the price range for trading and out right sell. All the additional MODs are only worth what someone is willing to consider their value; be lucky if 50% of what you paid. FYI.. Dealers (used or new ) do not value all the MOD parts in their price offers .. It all comes down to how badly someone wants and what they are willing to Pay.. BUT you gotta start somewhere on an asking price.
16,500 - 20,000 is the KBB Range ..

Understood. I've owned about 10 TJ's in my time but this is my first JKU, it just isn't my thing for some reason. KBB is a starting point, of course, however the semi-built to fully built jeep market typically carries a premium over KBB which is what I'm trying to determine by asking on this forum. There's nothing super special on this build and JKU's are a dime a dozen so there should be a ton of comps. If it were a TJ, I can look at a parts list and get it within about $1,000 of what it'll sell for. I'll do some digging around online to see what similarly built JKU's are listed for and go from there. Thanks

It's really hard to determine what you can get for the JKU without 1) having a good list of what's been upgraded (you are doing that), 2) having a good maintenance history (assuming you have that, engine replacement aside), and 3) most importantly, signs of usage. A compareably-built mall crawler will command a much better price than a thoroughly-thrashed rock crawler. Scratchs in the paint and scrapes on the skids lowers the value.

Not knowing what shape everything is in, I'd just price things out and set a price above that. Edmunds has a fairly good custom menu for pricing your Jeep and CarMax will make you an offer on the spot. That's what many buyers will be looking at as a starting point.

Do what I have done - price it much higher than you would expect to get, then after a bit lower it to just above your real target. That way some buyers will think that you are getting desperate and might make you a good offer. Gives you a bit of room to get to your target without taking a loss.

Shoot, just gave my "art of the deal" away!

Some people will say that adding mods wont add value to your car/truck. At the same time there are people out there that may want to pay a little more over kbb because the upgrades are already done and they don't need to do them. I can't see a reason why you couldn't get at least $20k for it. You pretty much have a turn key off road Jeep. I would do exactly what AZJeeper had said about pricing it much higher than you would expect to get. I've done that to a few of my TJ's that I dumped money in and I ended up getting what I wanted after being low balled from original price.
