07 manual w/35" tires and 5:13 gearing 2900 to 3000 rpm at 75 mph

'08 Unlimited, 5.13 gears, 35s.

@ 70 MPH in 6th gear my RPMs are about 2,900

Over the years I learned that driving fast will use more fuel. If you want to save money slow down. I think back in the Early 70s it was 55 mpg across the USA for a reason to save fuel. I find the best fuel Eco when the tac is under 2000 rpm. My auto 3.73 overdrive kicks in and I stay at 105kmh I'm below the 2000rpm range. Now on the other hand I would like lower gears for off road, but I like traveling also. So here I am, Decisions, Decisions

Stock 2010 Wrangler Unlimited 6 speed with 3.73 gears: 2,600 RPM @ 70 with the wife & kids on board.

Rubicon (4 doors) Unlimited Auto -4.10 (ARB front Bumper and PowerPlant winch)
2100-2150 rpm at 70 mph w/ the Superchip in MileageX mode.

Auto JKU 3.73 RPMs - 2k @ 70 mph, 32 inch ATs

Much better gas mileage than 2500 at 75
