Question Where should I start this thread?

I have a question about how to go about removing something from my jk. What forum should i post my thread in?

It would depend on what you are removing and what if anything you are replacing it with.

If its a stock component post it in the stock JK tech thread. Anything else I would go with modified.

I am looking to remove the door off the "secret compartment" area in the rear of the trunk because I will shortly be fitting in a trunk mat that covers the door.

I believe the "Stock JK" forum would be the most appropriate place.

Hello, mine just slides out once it is open. With the "secret" lid up I can pull the whole lid towards me and it pops out of the bed (pockets?) no problem. The I can just slide the tabs back into the pockets.

I know, I know, sorry to use so many technical terms, I'll try to do better next time

Where in San Diego are you?
