What would a set of 5 nittos be worth with about 12,000 miles on them?

Haven't had any MTs but I absolutely love my Nitto Terra Grapplers. They do pretty well offroad, and are incredibly quiet on road. Though I think for my next set I'm going to be going with an MT.

I've ran MT tires on my daily driver 4x4s for decades now, but recently changed to AT tires on my pickup truck. The truck is a V8 powered GMC canyon with a 4" lift, 33" tires, and ARB air lockers at both ends. I have a friend that put Falken Wild Peak AT tires on his truck, then changed to a different tire with just 500 miles of use on the Falkens, and he offered to sell me the Falken Wild Peaks for half their new price. I bought them and put them on my truck (33x12.50R-16). They're real quiet on the highway, but they don't work worth a dam in mud or snow. I live in the mountains of Utah, and 90% of my 4-wheeling is above 6000 feet altitude, so at least half of the year I have to 4-wheel in mud or snow. These tires are the worst tires I've owned in decades, and I won't be buying another set of AT tires any time soon. These tires are horrible, but at least they'll last a long long time, so I get to put up with them forever.

Went from KM2s to duratracs since my 75 mile round trip commute to work and I made the best decision. Granted I got 33s instead of 35s so I'm kicking myself in the ass for that but def love the duratracs for an AT tire.

Started off with Hankook MTs. Wife complained about the noise so I changed to Duratrac ATs which are fantastic. Recently went from 33s to 35s and got a super deal on some BFG KM2s which are MTs. Wish I had Duratracs! I off road 3 out of 4 weekends a month and both do well but the Duratracs are so much quieter!

I've gone from Firestone Destination MT's to BFGoodrich AT's. Loved both tires, the only reason I went with the MT's was they didn't make the BFG AT's the size I needed when I got the set of Firestones.

When my stock BFG's wear out on my Rubicon, I'll be going bigger (34 or 35"), and will consider AT's, but I'll only buy BFG's, and for some reason they don't make the BFG AT in 35x12.50x17. I know they make similar sizes like 315x70x17, but they don't offer white letters in that size.

It also definitely depends on how you use your Jeep, mine is my DD.

Well, I think going to an AT would be the right choice for me. Anybody have any guesses on what they would be worth? All of then are in excellent condition.

Dont get me wrong I loved my KM2s but when they wore out since the jeep was more of a daily driver than a trail rig because of a new baby I decided to switch to Faulken Rocky Mountain ATS and it is a world of difference. Smoother and much quiter ride. I can talk on the phone in the jeep without having to yell or press the phone to my ear so hard it hurts. I have not tested them off road yet but will at the TATAs event at RC this August. I really like the Rocky Mountain ATS and they were much cheaper. Stepped down to 15s so when I do switch back to a more aggressive tire they would not be as expensive. People dont hear me coming from a mile away anymore.
