Who (in North America) was waiting for an '08 Diesel?
I was poking through some old threads from quite awhile ago, and noticed a bunch of folks claiming that they were going to wait and NOT order an '07, in the hopes that Jeep would offer a diesel option for the U.S./Canada for the 2008 model year.
Well, the passage of time clears things up pretty nicely, doesn't it? We know that's not going to happen this year, and I've been predicting that it won't be offered until the 2010 model year at earliest... So who out there waited and specifically held off from ordering an '07, waiting for a diesel option? Anyone out there not ordering an '08 in the hopes that the '09 will offer an oil burner?
