Default Wild Boar Fast Back

Given the #1 thread of 2007/2008 on that other company's soft top fastback, has anyone out there purchased the fastback from Wild Boar?

I know its a little pricey but I just may be crazy enough to order one.

Just curious if anyone out there has one, if so, please share your thoughts.

It looks like a great top. Seems too high priced. They need to lower it
to match at least MOPAR retail price. The T-top is $3495. You can find a near new MOPAR top for under $1500.

your right, $3,500 is rather expensive for a slant in back but it looks really hot. i wonder if enough people show an interest if they would be willing to at least offer some form of group discount.

It's gonna have to be a BIG discount to convince most of us.

As much as I really really like that top, I can do alot with $3500 in other mods.

$3500 is way too much for lost space.

I agree it looks great. I also think when you charge more thean the factory for an accessory you are overpriced.

$3500 for a top is just crazy talk but even if it was $1000 i wouldn't want it, thats alot of lost room back there and i use my jeep like a truck so i need it -- plus i'm married and as such i am forced to go shopping and we take the jeep because thats the one pleasure i get from going store to store to store, and if that junk from the mall didn't fit and i could't drive the jeep while being forced to shop i think i might SNAP!!! LOL

I wonder if anyone over there did any target pricing on this thing. With the thousands of potential buyers why wouldn't they target something at least close to factory pricing?

Wonder if we would or could create a poll asking folks if this top was priced more competitively if they would purchase.

I just may take the tax money this year and go nuts (but not before I try to shake them down a little).

No Thanks! I could do alot of Functional upgrades for $3500. I can't see spending that mush just so my back window slants. taht's just stupid. IMHO.
