Gents,

I purchased tinted soft top windows for my JK (back and back Left & Right windows). I purchased off Ebay for a real good deal considering they are like $350 through various sites.

It appears the guy who sold them got the windows from a repo or jund yard or something because the back window came with some white numbers on it (like a stock number or something). I have washed and washed and washed and cant get all the numbers off the plastic. Its not that noticable but I can because I know where to look.

Any ideas on how to get this shit off the windows? Any heavy duty cleaner that wont hurt plastic windows?

Thanks,

USA

I don't know if this will work for ur application BUT I know whenever u get wax on plastic IE fender, you can use peanut butter.. Sounds crazy but it works. Put it on there, let it set for a while then wash off with a cleaner bc the peanut butter will leave kind of an oily residue.

whatever you try do a test spot in a corner not in your line of sight first to make sure it won't "cloud" out the window. I know it's not a solution but i'd hate for ya to put something on there and then it ruin the window.
