Does anybody know if its possible to tint the soft tops plastic window?

I tried both tint film, and spray tint. Neither worked in my experience.

These guys are all right.

I tinted mine with film myself in march or April. They looked great through the summer and never lost it even after being handled repeatedly.

Turn October, i went on a hunting trip and the jeep hit temps in the teens for the first time since spring.

The tint literally contracted on the windows and looks all cracked and completely terrible. Lesson learned for me, i will never do it again.

Ive worked in a tint shop for years and I'll tell you it can't be done or should I say shouldn't. Film will only work on a smooth, hard surface. Any flexing of the material will cause it to bubble or "finger". Spray may work but will eventually flake off. Bite the bullet and buy the tinted ones.
