Default Windshield bug magnet

It seems that my windshield is a magnet for bugs to meet their end on! I even installed a bug deflector which helped a bit but still it's pretty bad. Is there any tricks to help with my problem or what is the best bug removed I can put in my washing fluid?

It's not a magnet. It's because the windshield is too steep, so the bugs hit it really hard.

The upright angle of the windshield doesn't divert airflow upwards, along the glass.
As the air is pretty still in front of the windshield, there's nothing to carry bugs upwards instead of hitting straight on.

You're also about to find out you're a rock magnet as well. Most of us have or have had numerous cracks from freeway rocks. It's all about the steepness.

Another illustration: Let a ski jumper land on flat ground and see what happens...

Elbow grease or Rain X. Elbow grease is cheaper.

The next time you clean your windshield, rain X it so it's easier to clean next time.

Need to do the bug magnet relocation mod.
Remove the magnet, it is behind the rearview mirror, relocate it to the lower air deflector.
