I figured they were just cheapies, but I've been quite surprised and pleased by the Peak Optix beam blades that were on sale at Menards for $6.99 each.
They wipe and clean better than Rain-X Latitudes.
They look to have a similar plastic cap (to the Rain-X) that retains the blade and comes of VERY easily with ice/snow buildup. -I haven't lost a cap yet, but that's what made me need to replace the Latitudes.

There are a few places online that sell them, but I personally picked them up on Amazon. Not too bad in price either, about the same as a decent pair of Rain-X's or similar.
My OEM wipers fell apart this week. I bought replacements at Canadian Tire for $6 that looked identical to the stockers and they work just fine. Looked at the fancy ones but $20-$30 per blade when the $6 ones work perfectly?
Um, no.
Um, no.

I can tell you DO NOT get Trico Neoform blades. I picked up a set last week and they streak bad. They are 16" curved blades. It's almost like they won't lay flat against the windshield. I swapped them out for $5 Anco blades for a quick fix and the Ancos work 100x better than the $18 Tricos.

for the price, the quality is good
