I'm always reading these threads and notice based on the comments of others that their wives/gfs seem to be into the Jeeps. I read about the wife buying the husband Jeep mods for various occations...wheels,tires,bumpers, etc. Heck I think I read about one girlfriend who bought the guy a supercharger!!

Anyway, mine doesn't care anything about my JK or what I want to do with it. What am I doing wrong! lol...

BTW, las year for Xmas I got a DVD and in years past I've gotten one of those sound machines that are supposed to help you sleep, and some sort of neck pillow...

Don't worry about it. In time she will see that you really like the wrangler, and will come around.

 

My gf ( soon to be fiancee) is one of those girls. When we met she never sat in a jeep before. I take her on almost every trip/trail ride I go on and she is hooked. She has bought me everything from daystar hood latches to high lift jack and recovery gear to skid plates. She even wants me to build her a buggy when we get married. I would say I am absolutely blessed, but that is only on the trail lol. She still complains every weekend when me and my best friend wrench on my rig or his. And of course the amount of money I put into my JK. I guess if everything was perfect, it would be too good to be true.

I would say to take Ur girl out trail riding and she will understand why you spend so much time and money building bigger and better to take her to new places ! That's my excuse lol. It also helps that my girl likes to be outdoors and camp. Here's a picture of us in college.
