Would new front/rear bumper affect gas mileage?

OMG, not another MPG thread. Come on people. ITS A JEEP, and to be exact a WRANGLER. Everything affects your MPG, even an open window. And guess what, when you take your top down, and go topless, your MPG will drop. If you get 4 adults in the car - MPG will drop too.
When i was buying it, I looked at the sticker, and saw that 19MPG Highway and 16MPG Street, guess what??? I didn't give a shit, I knew that the way I drive it will even be worse.
I was buying an off road capable vehicle, if I wanted to save money on gas, I would have bought a Toyota hybrid car, and not a Jeep.
