Not gonna say who and yes a company. My direct contact was out of office for family matters. Next day in office he got my message and immediately sent out correct bumper and emailed me shipping labels to send other back.

I had a similar experience with Discount Tire Direct and they were very quick to make everything right!! I know most reputable vendors want to keep us consumers happy!!
