How is the ride in the Unlimited X? Is it smooth?

If you're worried about ride then you might have a few other things to take into consideration before you purchase one. There's alot of things that people don't like about em.

Compared to my TJ, the JK rides phenominal. It even seems smoother than the wife's Liberty. It's no luxury car ride though.

Mine with stock tires rides better than my 99 Grand Cherokee with BFG AT's. The BFG's were harder/stiffer than the stock GRA's.

With that said, the wife's minivan was in for warranty work and we got a 08 Grand Cherokee Loaner, with the 5.7L , and my Jk felt as smooth as that one even with IFS.

I do take a beating when crossing an intersection that is heavily traveled, the Jeep bounces all over the place.
