Default Yamaha Wrangler?

Took my Wrangler into the dealership yesterday to get the oil changed. Today I get an automated email thanking me for bringing it in yadda yadda... except something didnt seem right...

Hello Robert,

Thank you for bringing your 2009 Yamaha WRANGLER to our service department.

Thank you for the confidence that you have placed in us and in our dealership with your vehicle. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

Blah blah blah fill out a survey letting us know how we did....

Wtf is a Yamaha Wrangler? LOL. In the meantime, I got to talking with one of the younger sales guys they had on the lot. He really likes the wrangler and got to talking to him about stuff I want to add to my Jeep (lift tires bumper etc) he said he was thinking about getting one but wants a 2dr but with having 3 kids it would be hard for him. By the time I got done talking to him I think I sold the Wrangler to the salesman!

funny funny..

i went on a batchlor party outdoor trip a month ago with some friends. it was my jeep and a 2wd tacoma TRD. I walked up the hills in 2wd as they are not that steep and then noticed he was not behind me. Turned around, winched him the hill... same thing on the way back.

a buddy of mine there was talking about getting a tacoma or jeep... the day after the batchelor party he called and said he and his wife just signed off on a 2010 surf blue 2dr. I didnt even have to say a thing... the jeeps performance did the talking for me

Yeah my friend who just went into Army Bootcamp has a project Tacoma hes working on. He just got out of auto school and is really making this thing look good. It was pretty beat up. He calls it the Taco lol. Its a 4x4 and I told him we'd have to go out wheeling some time when we get together and he gets La Taco finished up and offroad worthy. He may be lightweight and 4x4, but the Trail Rated badge is something he will never have on his vehicle.

Anyone know what a Yamaha Wrangler is? LoL im on the hunt!

well i will tell you if yamaha EVER touches the jeep wrangler, I will never buy again. After having to rebuild the two motors on both yamaha jet skis due to oil lines coming off, they have more than furstrated me. Best part is... I asked the service guy what would cause the lines to come off... get this:

ME: What would make 3 of the 6 oil lines detach themselves
YAMAHA REP: Ah they are supposed to do that over time
ME: say what? what do you mean they are supposed to do that
YR: well, the shrink over time and come off... then the engine siezes

thats quality right there

Please don't get me started on those oil lines. I had to rebuild the lower end b/c the lines came off on my Kawasaki jet ski. After that I just blocked off the oil pump and mix the oil myself. I feel your pain.
