Default Yes Essential Seats

Is the Yes essential fabric really any good? I have an opportunity to pick up a set of seat covers (factory) for $100. Just wondering if it is worth the money to get it... thoughts?

I'd say go ahead and have the piece of mind putting covers on the seats ($100 ain't a bad deal). I got Nevada clay on my seats and the crap is still stained on them.

I don't think it is anything special. It's not bad either.

thanks for the replies. Let me clarify that this isn't a seat cover going over the yes essentials but the yes essential fabric itself.

I would think it would be a bitch to keep a fabric seat clean in my Jeep. If it's dusty where you ride, I'd skip it. Vinyl hoses off rather well.

Static, odor, and stain-resistant sounds pretty good to me, and for $100, that's pretty sweet.

the yes essentials seats are great, i have really put a test to them, last summer went to the beach, my girl got drunk off her butt and well I just need to get her in so i thru her in the seats with sand and water, everyone else also jumped in sand and water, got to a gas station to find a budlight spilled into my seat, so ignored it, sat on top of the budlight soaked seat, drove home, unload everyone, next day i awoke to have the windows rolled up and it was noon, the beer baked itself into my seats, and the jeep STANK like OLD DRY beer, it was really barf bag requirement to sit inside when i first opened my jeep, turns out my friends also spilled two cans of budlight on the rear seats, after a day of vaccuming the seats, I left my jeep outside the afternoon with the windows down, and let it air out, after a couple days of leaving the jeep air out, the seats didnt stink and my jeep was normal, and i never used any cleaning sprays on my seats, just let nature air them out and trusted the seats would hold to what they said.............that was a mouthfull phew
