With two nights, it gives you time to explore Taylor canyon, the ruins that are about a mile walk, watch on the side of the hill as you cross hardscrabble hill... there are some old grain bins right along the way... Mark mentioned the trail that drops down to the river, there is also a slot canyon (very short one). You will be in flower season so prepare for some fields of color!

The jeep is ready! Lift is on, and it is ridding great, on and off road(better with a load in the jeep.) I got the tent back on and the fridge is mounted and wired up. Did a weekend camping and back road trip on the MS section of the TAT 2weeks ago and everything is working smooth. Only thing left to do is pack clothes and the kitchen, and load the jeep. Oh, and wait till May 3rd. We are also thinking of visiting Chaco Culture NHP on the way from Carlsbad to Moab.

Leaving 2 weeks from today!!!!! Looks like our White Rim Trail plans could be changed. Snow melt coming down the Green River may flood out the trail between Hardscrabble and Labyrinth(our night 2 camp.) I guess we will see when we get there and adjust from then. I hear I might find other good trails around Moab. I will be posting a full trip report with pictures and maybe video when we get home. Only 7 days, 2 hours, 3 minutes, and 18 seconds till we leave, but who's counting?

I am back from my trip. What an amazing time! 9 states, 7 national parks, 2 national monuments, several national forests and 4977.0 miles from driveway to driveway. Getting settled back in at work and home. I will be starting a new trip report thread here in the next couple days. My phone died 12 days into our trip taking all my pictures with it. Still trying to rescue them. I do have my gopro footage, and pics that my wife and daughter took, so I may just be sharing that. Meanwhile here is a pic of our camp at Labyrinth B in Canyonlands to hold you over.
