yeah, definitely need to be care in mines and more than just for snakes or falling rocks.

Very cool trip, love the mine shaft! The roads up the mountain look incredible. How far is that spot from Phoenix? I'm buying a house out there and shipping my JK to Az, looking for cool spots like that to explore! More interested in that sort of "overland" exploring not so much heavy duty rock crawling. Thanks for the great pics and write ups!

So you didn't make it home?
On the snake thing they say this is a big year for rattle snakes. there are a lot out already.

I was close enough to Bakersfield I had a co-worker bring the truck and trailer out. We upgraded our AAA membership today.

The AAA menbership is a good investment. I have used it many times.
