Default An Afternoon Outing (BMRA, TX)
Some local owners got together for a weekend at Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area north of Gilmer, TX. I (Eric with SLC) was only able to stay the afternoon, but I think we all had a great time.

This picture just has fun written all over it. Wheeling + Camping....


Here we are clustering at the top of DeWoody to watch some brave souls make an attempt..


Anyone will tell you wheelin' pics never do the terrain justice. Some of these ledges / overhangs are taller than my wife.


Apparently there's a bypass now on the left. I wasn't going to even try the bypsss...


Long arm, Hemi, RockJocks, 5.13 and Lockers and this big Unlimited made it up fine.


Another JK takes on Dewoody and makes it up. I'm learning how important picking your line and -careful- bumping is...

After an afternoon of fun on Chaos Canyon, Binder and Twister, good times with friends and playin with your JK. What's better than that?

Thanks for all the compliments about the pics - one of the great things about digital cameras is you can shoot 300 pics and toss 250 of them and not feel bad about it.

Hopefully another chance to wheel will come up soon.
