Default Another Moab Trip

So I made it down to Moab for the weekend. I went down by with a few buddies and tried to get in as many trails as I could in the 3 days I was there. We left Friday afternoon at about 4 pm from Salt Lake. Got into Moab at about 8 pm and checked in to the hotel and then went out to hit up Steel Bender. I wanted to conquer this trail since it took out my stock tie rod on my old TJ back in the day and I had to get my revenge. Did the trail in about 4 hrs making sure to stop a few times and check the GPS locations so I didnt get lost in the dark. Woke up the next morning and decided to do Cliff Hanger. It was a toss up between Metal Masher or Cliff Hanger. I chose Cliff hanger because it seemed harder and I thought it might have better views. After getting done with Cliff Hanger I went and played around on Potato Salad a little bit and tried 3 different lines. Walked up it twice and had a bit of trouble one of the times but got it after a little bump. The next day we wanted to do a short trail so we could head back and get into SLC at a decent hour so we went and played around on Pickle. It was a fun little trail that had a few harder obstacles but nothing the Rubitron couldn't handle. Finished that trail in about 45 mins and then stopped at the Shell, Filled up with air and headed home. It was an awesome quickie!

Thanks, Sorry I didnt PM you about going down. We decided to go down Thursday night out of the blue and left Friday afternoon. You would have fit in perfectly with your JK and AR-15. Those things are fun to shoot!
