I have a ocean front suit at The shores resort and spa. I have to get dental surgery that Thursday and won't be able to make it. The lady won't accept my legit reason (appointment card, and pictures to prove my case) and basically said I was getting charged the full stay. So they wanted to know if I'm letting go of the room. I know what they will do. Charge my card and re book with who is on a waiting list which is BS. It's from April 27-30 ocean front view king room. I can get the reservation changed into another name. Would anyone be interested? I'm not canceling it so they can make double the profit. Please message me .
