Going camping/Jeeping in the Everglades tomorrow...i'll post again with detail and (hopefully) pics too.

 

Spent two days and one night in the Everglades and I have to say that the off-roading was more intense than I thought it would be. Although there are no rocks and plenty of deep mud pits, I had a great time. Of the 35 miles of trails there are about 8 miles or so (estimation) of bouncy bumpy off road unmaintained lines that cut right through the glades. There is no elevation save a huge pile of crush run that rangers use for some of the connecting roads. The weather was perfect, there were very few mosquitoes, and some interesting wildlife (bald eagles, ospreys, squirrels, hawks, and lots of gators ). I really feel like the suspension got a work out and am still amazed at what this vehicle can do. Pics coming soon.
