Default Coyote Flats - Bishop CA

Hi All,
I’m planning a 5-6 days trip in the middle of May or so and was wondering if it’s a good time to visit Coyote Flat (Bishop CA).
Does anyone traveled there in May? How is the weather? Road conditions? Will it be OK for Xterra with 1” lift and 32”s?
Any input would be great.

it all depends on the winter. last year, you couldn't hope to get up there in the end of july. of course, up until a few weeks ago, you could have gone now. but, with all the new snow and uncertainty as to how much more may come, it's hard to say for sure.

I went to Death Valley last week and there was almost no snow at 8K at Mammoth lakes. That got me thinking that it should be fine to do Coyote in mid/end of May. But i never went there before. Is there any crawling? I have a friend with Xtera on 32's, is it doable assuming that there will be minimum to none snow?
