There's Northwest OHV Park in Bridgeport that's part of the Texas OHV system (Northwest OHV Park | Bridgeport, TX - Official Website). Try hooking up with the Lone Star Jeep Club up there (Lone Star Jeep Club) - those folks should know a lot more options.
