Nice pics!

Looks like it would be an awesome trip.

I flew out to Vegas a few months back and wanted to rent a Jeep out there with my brother but did not get the chance.

It's a great place. We go there as often as we can -- about twice a year lately.

Eureka Dunes to Dedeckera to Saline Valley?

I've gone in and out of Dedeckera, missed the Marble Tub both times.

You're correct . Marble Bath is a great laugh, but not easy to find. We went on several trails, but the long run was Eureka dunes, Dedeckera Canyon, Steel Pass, Warm Springs, a short bit of Saline Valley, Lippincoptt Grade, the Race Track, then Ubehebe Crater to Stove Pipe wells for much needed fuel -- And then to the Echo Pass trail after stopping at Furnace Creek. Carried two gallons extra fuel, and was glad we did.

Sweet. We did a similar trip in reverse. Hunter, Lippincott, Saline Valley Hot Springs, Steele Pass, Dedeckera, Eureka Dunes, all while doorless. Last time I'm doing that, lol. Heard South Pass is pretty washed out right now.

I know what you mean -- A long trip doorless plus summer heat and wind takes a toll on the body.

After hitting the pavement, we stopped at a turnout and talked with a couple of nice guys in doorless TJ's who were hot, dry, dusty, plus wind/sun burned. It sounded like they'd barely been out on any trails and were heading to Nevada for a motel and a bath. My wife enthusiastically bounced out of air-conditioned comfort in our Jeep to show them some pics on her camera from our previous few days on the trail. As we were talking, one of their dogs threw-up in the back of one of the TJ's from the heat after drinking some water .

That's one skinny Coyote! I bet he was contemplating a run at you.

Looks like you had a pretty fun trip!

That coyote had a long stare with us. Pic was from inside the jeep, but it was probably a bit worried about how hungry we were too .
