Nice thing about Gulches is that there are trails you can do in a stock 4X4 pickup all the way up to insane hill climbs designed for rock buggies. A decently built JK with lockers and 35-37's can pretty much do all the trails except for the crazy hill climbs.

hardest obstacles at Gulches look like this... shot with a 300mm from a couple hundred feet down the hill...

First time is great, especially with the kids!

I remember my first time out in the Anza Borrego desert with a couple guys from the forum. They were helping me with lines and confidence, and I realized that it seemed my Jeep could do anything!

Great pics!

Very friendly for a stock JK. All of their trails are clearlly marked from easy to a triple black skull and crossbones difficult. Spent 2 hours on the easy and intermediste trails the pic. of the hill was the end of an intermediate trail and my stock JK handled everything beautifully and came out in the same condition it went in. Also all of their easy and intermediate trails run you by the extremely difficult trails so even if you are not going to take yours on them you can watch others do some crzy stuff. It was great...

Good show!! Where do you wheel around Edmonton? We have family in Alberta, and I may be out that way next summer--looks like a cool area.
