Forest Service Road Exploration
I took the JKU down to the in-laws this past weekend for Christmas and did a little exploring in the mountains near their house. They live at the foot a mountain outside of Roanoke VA. Past their house the gravel road becomes a dirt/ rock road that is used by hunters and forest service to get into the National Forest and up the mountain behind their house. It is mostly a rough dirt road with some rocky sections. There were seven creek crossings, some rocks sections of road, some off chutes into the surrounding woods made by hunters and other offroaders, as well as some dry/ semi-dry creek beds that could be explored. It was a fun way to spend the morning before the rest of the family came over. Here are a couple of not so good pictures.

Note, I did not disconnect the front discos.
