Great photos! It's pretty amazing, being able to drive right up into that Alpine type environment. Most of that is locked away in Wilderness areas, for hikers & horseback only.

I like hiking too - but it's cool to be able to drive a 4x4 someplace like this!

Great fun trail!
I was reading the "Timber Tamers" off road club facebook page, and someone in their group stole the crankshaft that marked that final "crank shaft" hill, a couple weeks ago.
Anyone know anyone in that club, kindly ask them to replace it. Seemed like an iconic marker up there.

uechiyondan - We may be up for meeting up with you and going too depending on the day.
