Default Gray Rock ORV February Frenzy

I went to this event in central Alabama for the first time this weekend. It was amazing! Insane amounts of mud, lots of rain, and a little snow, but it was a blast!! I represented as the sole JK in the area, didn't see a single other, and although I sport a stock 08 Unlimited Rubicon, and most of the others had $50k buggies and rigs, I was able to hold my own, for the most part! The rubicon is truly one incredibly piece of machinery!!

Has anyone else ever been up there?

Was that this weekend? Damn, that place is right by my house. I saw a line of about 5 TJs and YJs Saturday morning @ 8ish. Must've been where they were headed.

Just north of Birmingham. It's a pretty amazing place, and great people! They took us in and showed us all around, hooked us up with great food, a dry place to pitch our tent. I am definitely heading back soon.

Send me a PM when you get here. I'll see if we can't get a ride up for Mountainside or Grey Rock.

Quick search on mapquest puts it about 3.5 hours from Benning. Have fun down there, AIRBORNE! haha
