Im not sure, I think so with it being so close to Big Bear. I will check it out again this year. I wish i could find a trail with snow where I can just let the dog off leash for a while. Might have to do some Big Bear trails this year.

I see. I live near gillman springs, so idyllwild isn't far from me at all.. But with the hills between me and the banning area, I could never see to that side. I always went to big bear for snow. I'll have to head to idyllwild after the next storm. :-)
