This turned out to be a very warm and awesome day to get out and enjoy the rocky mountains, and I was able to join up with James (TJ) and Pat (TJ) over at James place and we took off to illinois Gulch around 12:30 or so...After grabbing some gas and food we were back on the way!

We met up with James750 (MJ), eizenjin91 (2dr JK), wakkjobb (Toy) and begin to air down. My wife was taking pictures today and here is the lineup (after the trail actually)



The last time James and i ran this trail (year ago) we went in the "exit" and did little moab hill and left. This time James750 lead the pack on the trail in its full glory (only ~4 miles). There were some fun little hill climbs and some great views

It didn't take long for us to reach the one good obstical on this trail "little moab hill"...



















The kids had a blast "sliding" down the hill

















This was a great way to start out the wheeling season here in colorado!!

 

Today was nice out looks like yah had fun on that one

 

You got any info on that black 2 dr? the one with the trek top, and it looks like some sort of coilover set up? Looks sick. what size tires were on that beast?

 

Yeah he was on a Rock Krawler 5.5" coilover setup with 40" tires on bone stock axles (OUCH!)
