You're supposed to get a confirmation email, and you also get a confirmation page displayed. Email Marc at BadgeofHonor@jeep.com. He'll need to know your full name, the trail you did, and your shipping address. Please also let him know some information regarding your submission process - if you submitted via mobile device, what kind of device? If you submitted from a computer, what browser were you using? This information will help Marc's team find out why you had the error.

 

I wish my bro and I knew about this when we did our cross country trip last June. 7000 miles, did the Rubicon, MOAB, (hells revenge and fins and things) and some trails in CO. Definitely need more southeast awareness. There are plenty of places, just no badges yet.

 

We are headed to the Rubicon in July. I'm hoping the AP works.
I have done 12 of the badge trails some multiple times since I bought my first jeep in Oct 2010. I tried logging in probably on half of those trails. I gave up since it didn't seem to work
I recently tried it again in March when I took my dad to Moab and we did Fins-n-things.. I thought it again didn't work since I had to power cycle my phone, but about a month later I got the badge in the mail...
I few of the ones I tried...

Metal Masher during the same trip, early March.. try must have just added that trail.

I did the Drummond Island Jeep Jamboree LAST June and I finally got my badge for Marble Head today. There was a badge sent to my house around Christmas time but was lost somewhere somehow. Anyhow, I'm happy to finally have my badge.

 

Got mine yesterday, about 3 weeks from when I sent Jeep / Jake my info. - Black Bear, Engineer, and Imogene Passes! Awesome job guys! Thank you.
