Washington mike, how was that rock? What happened? Did you have to get pulled sideways off of it? I couldn't make it this weekend because I finally got my 35's, I had to drive to alabama.

Did that other jeep get his roll bar messed up from being wedged in between those trees?

What level trails did you guys do?

I love that place it is beautiful!!!

Great pics Wiredog!!!!

Red
Jeep did great, I have decided to run lower pressure which helped the tires, but a big root ripped a valve stem out while we were on Powerwash. Scott and the gang helped me out and we were back on track pretty fast.

I will Let mike tell his side of the story

No damage, he never made contact.

We were in the moderate group, but the Cave and Powerwash were more on the difficult side of the moderate trails. The hard group also did those trails.

No excuses next time Red, time to get those 35's dirty.

I think we had 57 jeeps total forgot already.

It was very fun, we had enough trail leaders and tail gunners so the groups stayed small.

Well I had a blast, I tried a trail that was not my level. I went up, slid to the side and had a tree on my rear tailgate and High centered. Needless to say Scott for axleboy gave me a tug to get out. The 2nd trail I did (tried) I took and bad line and put my frame and rockers on a bolder as my rear tire was about a foot off the ground. All I'm going to say is bigger shoes could have helped in both but than I would have probably tried more stupid stuff on my part.
Wiredawg, maybe the next time we go to the ranch you can hit those trails with me.

Don't feel bad Mike, I have been in that same position(as many others have been) several times. If that is the spot on turntable I am thinking of it is easy to get in that position. Hey Dawg, how did the 4dr do on powerwash besides the tire problem? I believe that you are the first 4dr on that trail. I was going to catch up with you guys but ended up having to run over to hidden pond and help with a broken control arm problem. Great pictures as always. I am going to try and get another run down to the Ranch towards the end of April.

It went thru pretty well, but I wouldn't want to spend much time in there until I can protect the lower shock and control arm mounts

That trail is very deceptive. You can make it through with a stocker as well. Its all about tire placement, JKABomb made it through with no issues, you do get close to the wall a few times, but again with proper tire placement it actually pushes you away from the wall. It was great wheeling with you and the Mrs, Next time you get to lead and Ill follow.
