It will probably be a year before we make it back. Both Crunchy and I are wanting to make a couple mods before we go back. You would do awesome with your setup. I was able to do obstacles that the shorter Jeeps weren't able to do but I also ended up getting high centered quite a bit. So now I have to make room in the budget for a lift and 37's.

You are correct.
They are Danno4x4 Rock Eyes.
They are one of my favorite mods.

No write up. They are lights that my brother-in-law made for his TJ and he wants to see if he can put a kit together and sell them. So out of respect for him I told him that I would not do a write-up and would just send people his way. I am hoping that he will do the once a month basement builders on this forum. If you want to PM him his username is Danno4x4.

What mods are you gonna do, and are you thinking about EJS?

I am trying to figure out the deal now, Lodging is evaporating for that week. It might come down to camping or renting a big ass house with a bunch of people.

I gotta do Moab.

I cannot wait!

Short list on the mods:
Dana 44 front
Stak 3 speed
Skidplates
and maybe lift and 37's

Probably will not make it to the next EJS.

Yes you have to do Moab.

mmcan...i saw in another thread that you are thinking about going up to a 6" lift. Do you have any issues with rubbing on your 37's??? The reason I ask is because I am looking into getting another lift in the 4-6" range and I don't want it to end up with too little lift. We have similar mods with front bumper, rear bumper, powerplant, sliders, maybe a sport cage, 37's to come...

Do you think I need to go more than 4". Specifically, I am mainly looking at the full traction 4" or the full traction 6".

Oh yeah, I am planning on getting pure jeep tube fenders if and when they ever come out.

I'm not sure if I'm sold on the idea yet but it's peaking my interest! Maybe a cover over the light when you're not using it would be better.....

Do you have more photo's??
