We hit 3 different trails today and ended at Bell Mountain. The view is breath taking.

 

Nice pictures! I was just checking out this trail myself yesterday, but its like an 8.5 hour drive from where im at. :(

LOL. When I went through USAF Basic Training many decades ago our flight was mostly from California. But, we did have one fellow from Florida. He'd never been out of the state before. I remember him looking out from the top floor of our barracks into the distance, then asking me, "Mark, is that a mountain over there?" He was all excited and stuff. But that soon turned to disappointment when I explained it was only a highway interchange. I lost track of him after basic, but I do hope that he got assigned to Colorado at some point. LOL.

OP, nice pics. Is this anywhere near Cumming, GA (north of Atlanta)? Any place I can find info on the trails you took? My oldest son and his family live there.

 

It wouldn't be real far from Cummings. You can Google Bell Mountain GA. And there is a jeep club that has GPS location. I went with North GA. Jeeping group with people I met though Facebook. The other 2 trails are close to Helen GA. That's as close as I can get you. Sorry
