Default WOW and OMG

That makes me want to be there so bad. I'm actually going to Big Sky this weekend for a meeting, but I wish I could drive my Jeep so I could have a similar experience. It's just too far from big D.

I am curious if ya'll bring any SHTF kind of emergency stuff with you in case you all need to spend the night out there (roads impassable from avalanche, tree fall,... for example,...) Sleeping bags, food, h2o, fire starters, first aid... Anything?

Looking forward to the video, Liz.

Mark

I went underprepared with only extra water and warm clothes. I knew I was with a group though and they knew the area well and we had at least one winch in the group. We weren't too far from main roads if we had to get out on foot to find another vehicle.

Luv playin' in the snow. Great shots. Looks like you had a great time. I need to look up that area. Mostly sagebrush with snow around here.

I am making progress- I just need to focus a little more time on it.

You aren't too far away- you should make it our way when we plan another one

I used to live in Pensacola Florida way back when.
I remember seeing snow twice in Alabama
It was a freak storm though.

Default Finally- the video

Here it is folks.

Be forewarned- it is 12 minutes long and starts out slow... so be patient.

I had fun making it- But between Tony's wife & I - we don't have the steadiest camera hand .

Edit:

At the very tail end of the video ---> approximately 11 minutes in, you may want to turn the sound down if there are any little ears around.
(M rated music.)

Liz,

Awesome!

And well worth the wait. That looks like a great time for everyone (especially those in the Jeeps!)

BTW Who are the bands you have in the background? I like the sound a lot!

Thanks for keeping me posted on this video. It makes me want to be in the mountains even more, as if that is possible. A great fix, since I am 4 days back in Texas from Montana. I was having some withdrawal symptoms.
