I'm using a GoPro Hero HD Motorsports edition. It's mounted to the windscreen with the suction cup supplied with it.

Awesome video, looks like a great day. I love that Jeeps are an international language. I liked how in your vid you crept around slowly in the Jeep, made it look like you were a predator stalking lesser 4x4
