Much of it is national forest with dispersed camping allowed (even during the government shutdown last year). Just look for an open spot--recommend start looking a couple hours before dark unless you don't mind setting up camp and cooking in the dark.

We have made several trips to AR this spring and are always looking for more trails to run.

I just returned from a NM trip and will be heading back to CO in about 6 weeks for 12 days of overland travels.

thanks,
PM me your e-mail address and I'll fix you up.

Mark D,
I just want to thank you for all of the footage you have posted on youtube, that is some real good video. I know that it is a very time consuming project so thank you for the time spent that we can see your adventures. I have been in the Ozark National Forest but have not been on all of the particular parts of the video. The Ozark National Forest is vast and there is a lot of adventure to be had there.

I suppose i should share some pictures of the trip. I will say that due to all the rain the area received the river was impassable so we found other trails. Had a great time overall. Definitely going back.

Is that the Buffalo River? Did you start up north to head south? Anyway, glad you had fun.

That is the Buffalo river. We started up north and tried to head south right around St Joe. Since the river was impassable we found other trails to keep us busy.
