I always find it wierd when people enjoy going on vacation to the place you live, no matter where u may be. Destin is alright as long as you like to shop and go to the beach, that's all there is to do here. Further down the beach towards panama city are some smaller areas that are really growing to be great getaways. Rosemary beach and alys beach are real nice. Seaside is alright, but everything is so tiny there (Think the truman show, its where they filmed the part of them trying to leave the town and getting lost).

Back on topic though, Riding on the beach is alwys a blast. looks like you guys had yourselfs a great time.

 

I just returned from Navarre (visiting my mom) I was born in Milton and lived in that area till around 14...anyway, it was great, will post pics later. If you go up hghwy 87 between Holly and Yellow River you can do some great wheelin'! need a permit to be safe (only 10 bucks) it's in Eglin Air Force Base, the west side of 87 is best, you can find some freshwater creeks around there to swim in, went there with my boy and some friends, really had a great time. I am def. going to retire there. the beach and wheelin', man....
