It was near a main road, so there were about 20 people watching the F250 and the Rubicon try to pull me out and when the H1 rolled up, they were cheering. That guy had some pressure to get me out.
Oh yeah, there was a cop standing by his patrol car and all he had to say to everyone is "this is private property" Everyone ignored him, Idiot.

Dumb ass cops! He probably ha a flat top and cop mustache too.
So, the next time it rains and gets your front yard nice and soft I can run my jeep through it? Just a thought, hmmmm!Maybe that's why you get people to support the closure of public lands because of off roaders that don't think or ask permission.
If it don't belong to you or someone you know stay off of it and if its public land stay on the trails.

Okay, I've read through the thread and assuming this statement is true....
...there is no foul here and I'm sure that sivan would appreciate it if you would give him a break. If he was doing something wrong, I would assume that the officer present would have cited him for trespassing.
sivan, I'm glad that you were able to get your Jeep out okay.
BTW Bert338, Ctimrun is a cop and I think he was just trying to be funny.
I was discussing this with the officer after he said that it was private property. There were no signs stating it was private property. There was a fence another 15 feet on the other side of me that looked like a property line. I assumed that the land that we were on was an easment for the road, and the officer agreed. He asked if he wanted me to call a a tow and left. I would not go on someones property and off road.

Im kinda surprised he pulled you out considering how heavy they are. Theyre like tanks! A JK with a Hemi and all the mods you can add wouldnt be as expensive or as heavy as an H1!
