had to throw a pic of my lil guy in here

tyler (usagone) going down rock in order to play coastguard for a lil bit and break some ice

this one i stopped to take a pic cuz i thought he was breaking through (notice the ice spider webbing.....he did not, but i do believe someone else behind him did......as day got warmer, the 6 inch ice started to crack under 5k lbs of jeep

baltchief about to drop in some water!

the genius movie man himself...the back driver side tire was up of the ground, but i caught it at a bad moment haha

matt and my jeep

kenny overjoyed....wheeling is his mecca hahaha

Hunter hill climb....well, opposite side, so hill dismount

couple more to follow shortly...

ok...so interesting story about the start of my ride home......
me and my sisters boyfriend, matt....stoppped at the exxon to air up, fuel up and eat up....we were in quiznos when someone came and asked me to move my jeep.....matt was nice enough to volunteer.....but when he got out there, i saw like 4 people approach him and start talking to him....i just kinda sat back and ate my turkey bacon guacamole sub and watched.....they kept pointing at my jeep, so i was starting to wonder if they had hit it or something...i decided to play it cool and just wait till matt came in....apparently, their Winnebago had ran out of gas about ten feet from the pump....they were french canadian (montreal) and therefore knew no english....we deduced that they wanted me to use my winch to move their Winnebago...which was MASSIVE .....from my eyes guess i estimated 30 thousand pounds, maybe 25 and a trucker that was in quiznos said it had to be at least 25.....so i declined, seeing as my winch is only rated at 10 thousand pounds...
i felt bad, but....what would you have done in this situation???
ended up having like 10 guys push it to pump...i think i could have gotten it, but who knows.

Great pics from the weekend everyone!
I wish I could have made it, but like I told Kenny my 1/2 day on Saturday turned into 11hrs...and my day off on Suunday turned into 3hrs. in the morning, 'til noon or so. Once I heard what my weekend schedule was going to be like I thought I might have a change to get to Rausch Creek Saturday night and join in on Sunday...but no such luck this go around. OH WELL!
The good news is that I DID get off road on Sunday - twice as a matter of fact...and yes, those are 2 whole trips. BUT, that is a LONG story in itself...very good times though!
I also was able to get out and go wheelin' today - what better way to celebrate the JK's FIRST BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY then to take it wheelin'! That's right - 1 year ago today I picked it up - 0 miles on it, now it's got 17,4-- and change...and I LOVE it. Here are just a couple of pics since we're in a picture post, lol.

Sittin' in the woods in its 'BIRTHDAY SUIT', so to speak - parents please shield your children's eyse! Waiting for me and my friend Alex to figure out where I should go because of all the trees...this is on a VERY tight trail.

Just a cool shot of the sun goin' down from the main/open area of this spot.

My plate. I think that pretty much says it all, don't you?
Well, I had a good time this past weekend/today, that's FOR SURE. I wish I could have wheeled with you guys in Rausch Creek, but there's always NEXT TIME, right!?
See ya then!
