Default Rausch Creek trip 12/18/2010

Had a great time out at Rausch Creek this past weekend with Cody Sander, Giolll and HighOctane. It was cold out but still managed to get in some great wheeling. This link will get you to the full slide show: http://s466.photobucket.com/albums/r...view=slideshow

Here are a few to get you started.

First obstacle of the day on the new property:

A little bit of flex to get over this one

Front tucked up nicely, so I think

May need to trim the stubby, to make it stubbier?

Giolll giving it a shot

Made it look easy, damn shorter wheel base!

Cody heading up

Notice the rock that is under the the passenger rock rail?

Notice where the rock is now. That is a JK earth mover at work....

Found a little hole to get out of the wind

Watch you line or you can be one of the people to add their mark to this tree.

Headed back to the parking lot to pick up High Octane and saw this cool old MOG.

Got portals?

Back on the trails. Hey Giolll go this way....

The ice will hold...

Crrrrrack!

Maybe it won't, oops.

Time to pull cable

Free at last

Cody tries the same route

Off to Rock Creek

Then Otters

Finally a little playing around on Crawler Ridge

Wow! Great pictures and awesome looking Jeeps! Pretty sure if I took my Rubi on those same trails, most of it would have been left behind! LOL!!

Had a blast there! Oneils wings are great! Awesome pics. That climb up crawlers ridge really does look like a much less steep of a climb in the pics. Felt much steeper in the drivers seat, lol. Def had a blast.

Sounds exactly like some of the days that I've had out there with Joe and John!

Still pissed that I missed this one!

All of that and you managed not to bust the stock license plate holder.

I ended up with a bent tie rod, and two leaking diffs. Lube lockers do not stay sealed on my Solid diff covers when being drug over rocks. Got some right stuff sealant to take care of that.

Really great pics, thanks for sharing. I watched the full album and it looked cold out there. Keep 'em coming.
