Question: the trail looks achingly beautiful, but easy to drive. Would you concur? Reason I ask is, I want to his at least one technical trail when we visit in a few weeks. We're talking about Holy Cross City. Input? Suggestions?
I haven't been on Red Cone, but Twin Cone is close to Red Cone and has some relatively techical sections and is also very beautiful. You actually see Red Cone when you're at the top of Twin Cone. As stated above, you can see my pictures from Twin Cone in my thread in this "Trails & Tales" section. Check out traildamage.com for the best directions to get to Twin Cone.

I've never done or been to Holy Cross, but I've heard it's pretty nasty.

It's rated as a difficult trail in the 4wd book but, I ran it stock without any problems before. You'll be just fine on this trail. Looking at your setup in your sig, you should do well on Holy Cross as well. Holy Cross is more difficult than this trail though.
