Default Schnebly Hill Road, Sedona, AZ

Drove this a couple years back with my son (well, he drove, I rode and took pic's). Was back that way with some spare time on my hands (no clouds over the Grand Canyon meant my side trip to shoot it was a bust--five tries and every time bald skies--the scenery photographer's bain!). Anyway, started from the Interstate working my way down to Sedona. Stopped for about an hour after crossing the ridgeline to watch the sun rise over the mountains onto red rock country below. Beautiful, and completely to myself: I would not see anyone until about halfway down the mountain, about two hours into the trip. Here are the pic's ...

Broken arrow for sure, short and beautiful.

Nice pics. I really love that area. their a lots of fun trails near by.

Solders Pass is a good one too.

Saw a website that listed this as only a 2 difficulty (if you don't do the Volcanic Rim) - can this be done in 2WD? Any other 2WD trails in the area?
