Snow photo's from Wharton State Forest today
What a great day!. When in on Quaker Bridge at Atsion but wasn't the first. Tracks. But then I turned over to E. Stokes. Virgin snow. How different everything looks with a heavy blanket of snow.
I didn't figure on all of the small pines bending down over the trail. Had to push through them. Soon I must have had a hundred extra pounds on snow on my soft top. It was sagging way down. I must of had a foot of snow on my hood.
These photos are what I saw through my windshield.
It was a blast!

We had fun too, have to upload the pics we did take.
We started off in Greenwood, found a stuck TJ, yanked him out, than headed over to Apple Pie Hill area, than made tracks towards the Pic.

It was fun. Those close ups of the pine needles in the last group were taken through my windshield as I was pushing through. Was a little scary at first. I was afraid I was going to rip my top. But as soon as I hit the bent over pines the snow would fall and the pine boughs would lift up. Course the snow would fall on the windshield so I was blind until I swept my wipers. Eventually I had to stop and push all of the snow off my top, hood and windshield with a small broom that I had with me.
