Tellico Spring Fling 2008
Tellico finally reopened after being closed for the winter. Normally Tellico doesn't close, but the so called environmentalists have been on the attack and they closed the whole park for 3 months and a few of the trails for 1 year.
The off road community wanted to display a show of support for Tellico so they had a big rally this past weekend. I was only able to go Friday due to other commitments.
It rained for a few days prior to going and periodically throughout the weekend. If you've ever been to Tellico, you know it is tough when dry. It can be down right scary when wet. Most of the major obstacles were impossible to do, even for most of the buggies. The bypasses provided plenty of enjoyment though. We managed to come out of there without too much damage and had a blast.
Here are a few pics and here's a link to more if you're interested.

No info on the orange monster either. They took that picture out on the trails Saturday.
We went down School Bus. Now that was scary.
