Trails in South Florida??

Trails in South Florida??
I know this is a long shot but are there any good trails in South Florida?? Any parks or anything like that. It's so damn flat here but looking for anything. Possibly even up in West Palm ?? Thanks

Back in the day we used to cruise around some of the wildlife management areas. Big Cypress, JW Corbitt, Bear Island. Mostly swamps and mud...
Oh and we used to have access to some of the rock quarries...but that was ages ago!
