Default Wager Gulch, CO July 17, 2009

I ran Wager Gulch this last Friday. It is a short run off the Alpine Loop on the road to Cinnamon Pass. About four miles into it at about 11,500 feet is the ghost town of Carson. About a mile further up the Jeep trail is the Continental Divide, at about 12,500 feet. It looks like once you cross the divide you can Jeep for miles. Wife, 3 kids and I had a great time. thats what i love about 4 wheeling the ghost towns we encounter on the trail, old mines, and all the beautiful scenery. great pics
