Teaser video for our recently completed Washington Backcountry Discovery Route (WABDR) off-road trip is now online. This 2-1/2 minute video provides a quick summary of our six day, 612 mile, mostly off-road trip from Hood River, OR to Nighthawk Crossing on the Canadian border. Full length videos will be released in the coming weeks as I get them done ...

Been a bit busy taking care of a few things on the Jeep. Rotated tires and lubed yesterday (except front driveshaft--still need to pull and lube it), and learned I need new rear brake pads. So will pick up parts today and do tomorrow. Also have a slow leak in a tire that I couldn't find a nail in. And there's that vibration I've been experiencing--need to figure out what's going on with it. And the new transmission that's leaking--hate to have to pull, but it may come down to that. After that, should be able to get onto the video.

One small problem: Ray mailed me his image and video files and I have yet to receive. Two day priority middle of last week. Post Office shows it as being in OKC since last week, but still "in transit to destination". Not sure what's happened to it. It took him a week to work through all of those files he shot (long story), and he didn't save a copy. First time I've ever had an expected letter not show up from the PO. :-( Anyway, so I'll also be trying to chase that down.
