I have been through hella wind up here in AK. We get hurricane force winds up here all the time.....the kind that WILL blow you off the road if you aren't ready for it. My soft top has handled it no problem.

 

Reminds me of when I used to go out to the coast of FL during the hurricanes. Essential Jeep gear includes a change of cloths and at least one or two jackets stuffed up under the seats. You never know when you'll get caught in the rain or cold without a top or doors.
